Why Attend

The DBSA Virtual Summit Is a weeklong event providing expanded sessions, practical information and resources for our community.

Who should register? Attendees from a variety of audiences can benefit, including peers living with a mood disorder, friends, family, and caregivers, clinicians, DBSA Chapter leaders and support group facilitators, peer support specialists, vendor partners, students and more. DBSA will be offering sessions on a variety of topics during the course of the Summit, including wellness resources, how to become a mental health advocate, tools for building your DBSA Chapter, and some fun extras along the way, too.

We are offering multiple levels of support group facilitator training classes.

Many of our events can serve multiple audiences, so you will see some sessions are repeated for your convenience.

Do I need to register to attend the DBSA Summit?

Yes, you will need to enter all required registration fields and pay the $25.00 registration fee in order to enjoy any and all sessions at this year’s conference.

What do I do if I want to attend but cannot afford the $25.00 registration fee?

Scholarships are available for potential attendees in extenuating circumstances. Please contact us if you would like to apply for a DBSA Summit Scholarship.

Can I get a refund?

All registration fees are non-refundable.

Do I need to download or install any software to be able to attend this event?

NO. You do not need to download or install any software to participate in our conference. You only need to have access to the Internet.

Is a webcam required?

No; however, some sessions will be interactive and it may be more comfortable for all attendees to have a camera on. Additionally, some exhibitors may have the ability to request a video chat.

How do I login the day of the event?

Your login information is the email address and password you provide during registration.
